The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate AR records, ensuring timely collections, and providing excellent internal and external customer support. Proficiency in Oracle is required.
Process and manage customer invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.
Monitor accounts to ensure timely payment and proactively follow up on outstanding balances.
Investigate and resolve customer billing issues and payment discrepancies.
Apply daily cash receipts and maintain accurate AR aging reports.
Prepare AR reports for management and assist with month-end closing activities.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoicing or payment-related concerns.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a related field.
Proficiency in Oracle software (Required).
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Solid communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
